Boss OHC63 6-1/2-Inch 3-Way Die Cast Frame Speaker

These actually sound very decent, especially considering the price. I am powering them with a Dual brand amp, which is also cheap, and a cheap 12″ subwoofer, but I couldn’t be happier with the sound quality in my car now. These hit the highs mids and even the lows pretty nicely (but thats what the sub is for). I wouldn’t drive 450 watts through them…but they handle the 150 or so my amp throws at them without distortion or clicking or any of that. People may not like boss, or Dual for that matter, but this combination works great for me.

Only complaint would be the shape of the frame. The frame on the back is oversized, for style?, and because of this I had to dremel out the plastic mounting on my door speakers (97 Firebird TransAM). That is the only reason for 4 and not 5 stars. Be prepared for it, though probably not necessary in most cars..

Overall though, very pleased with these speakers and would highly recommend and buy again!
